went for periodontal maintenance price was 125 thru smile generation but when in the chair hygenist told me the price was 175. when i asked why and verified that i was only having basic treatment office mgr came in and tried to give me a lecture on why prices for everything went up. i left and called the dr. and he told me that the hygenist was near tear because i verbally abused him. i only asked WHY the price increase did not yell swear or abuse. dr then told me the price was 175 and was set by smile generation. i then called smile and they sent me a price list which stated clearly the price was 125 looking for another office. all they are concerned with is money. payment BEFORE treatment

NEVER...NEVER go to Jimmy Cheung. No pride in work. Faulty, slopy and no warranty for bad work. Just cares about being paid.

This doctor believes in "policy" over patient health and well-being. I tried to become a new patient and the Dr.'s office insisted that I get "their own" xrays when I have a recent set of xrays taken at UCLA Dental that would be shared with them directly. I'd be happy to have an exam, but don't want unnecessary radiation, and don't want unnecessary charges to Medicare - ultimately, we pay for that. "First Do No Harm" does not apply to this dental practice.

Highly recommend. Very friendly office staff. Made my daughter feel very comfortable during her treatment. Answered all of our questions in a detailed manner.

Worst Dentist ever. Arrogant and does not explain anything . If you ask questions, he becomes agitated and refuses to treat you.

Dr. Cheung and the staff were amazing. I had a great visit. Everyone was so kind. The wait was short and I was able to see Dr. Cheung and go over some tips to maintain my smile. The hygenist and dental assistant were both very nice and easy to talk to. Super transparent and explained everything on the video display and x-ray. Was not sales-y at all but offered a lot of services should I decide I need them!
