I love that they told me exactly how much it was going to cost before they started. The two ladies at the front desk are a pleasure and welcome you as you come in. I had my root canal today and it was a piece of cake. I almost fell asleep! I never felt any pain and I am now sitting here with a pizza. Dr. Park's is, without question, the best professional all around I have ever been to. I wish he was a dentist, doctor...He could probably be anything he wants to be and be great at it. We are so fortunate to have him in our area. What a Great Periodontist!

Dr. Park has to be one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had some bad experiences with dental work so I always have a little anxiety but it quickly faded away and I was blown away by how calm, patient, and kind he was. He is very good at what he does and he does it all with the utmost care for his patients. I would absolutely recommend him. His staff are all amazing as well, professional, kind, and helpful.

If one ever told me that you could almost fall asleep during a root canal, I would not believe. All changed today. Five star experience.

beware! double check your billing ! series of events: 1. called to make an appoint 2. was informed that patient must pay uncovered portion of insurance prior to appointment 3. agrees & makes appointment 4. gives front desk all insurance information 5. front desk runs insurance and lets me know who much i will owe after insurance coverage portion 6. makes appointment 7. pays agreed to amount prior to procedure 8. gets bill for an additional $400 in the mail approx. 4-6 weeks after procedure 9. calls back office and asks for an explanation 10. front desk informs that the amount they initially told me i was going to pay and signed off on owing was just an "estimate" despite running my insurance 11. front desk calls back and tells me that insurance only covers 50% but they ran the numbers based on 80% which is what insurance told them when they ran the numbers...and that i would have to call my insurance to negotiate. 12. asked font desk for proof of insurance claiming they would cover 80

Doctor Park and his staff were very courteous and professional. Dr. Park and the dental assistant explained my issue thoroughly and made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience. I have had haircuts more painful that a fairly complicated root canal I just had today. No pain what so ever. This guy is really good. I highly recommend him.

I would recommend Dr. Park to anyone who needs root canal done! Very professional, calm and collected, explains everything in detail, makes you feel comfortable and in safe hands. The staff is also very friendly and pleasant.

I just finished with a root canal with Dr. Parks. Not only is he the most patient doctor I have been to in a very long time, his staff (Tia and Margaret) were so comforting and caring. I am a huge baby when it comes to dentist, Dr. Parks was so patient and accommodating that it made my first root canal comforting. I would highly recommend Dr. Parks for any endodontic work you need to have performed.

Very professional and sincerely humanistic approach which is very important in the business of root canal. He thinks first about his clients and after about how much money he may get for his service. For 40 years in US I never met more intelligent and knowledgable doctor.

Dr. Park and his staff are first class! I was a so nervous when I walked into the office today for my "first ever" root canal. They put me at ease, explained the procedure, and I can honestly say it was painless (yes, painless!).
