I had an appointment for a dental crown placement. However, upon wearing my retainers at home after the appointment, I realized that the crown was too large. I promptly contacted the office to reschedule. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, her assistant ushered me to her studio. I waited in the studio for over 20 minutes without receiving any care. Instead, the assistant attempted to sell additional services, including rescanning and obtaining new retainers from Mosaic Dental. I requested assistance in rectifying the oversized and uncomfortable crown or a refund so that I could seek care elsewhere. Unfortunately, there was no formal communication of apology from either the dentist or the office. Instead, I received a dismissal letter not only for myself but also for my entire family. Regrettably, no care or refund was provided. As a result, I now need to address the situation, invest additional time, and undergo rescanning for expensive new retainers. If you prefer professional and reliable service, I recommend avoiding this provider and Mosaic Dental. It is essential to consider our social responsibility in distinguishing between good and subpar care providers.

Dr. Tran and the crew did a great job working with me, a very nervous patient. They did a lot to accommodate me through the whole process. Now I have an amazing temporary crown that seems like I was born with it. I know the final phase will go just as well in a couple of weeks. I feel very confident in her skills.

I have some dental anxiety. Dr. Tran is kind and listens well as we work on my treatment plan. Dr. Tran is extremely careful in crown fitting and color matching.

From start to finish my first visit with Dr. Tran and the team at Mosaic was most pleasant. Warm welcome from the receptionists, great care from Pilar the hygienist and plenty of time and discussion with Dr. Tran. Great experience and great care!
