Ruined my tooth
This doctor is not good at what he does. Nice demeanor but he caused a problem when trying to fix something and it actually led to a bunch of extra problem. He later admitted he may have caused the problem and that he never would have done the procedure he did if he knew I would get this complication afterward. This clearly indicates there were other initial options and he unnecessarily did a procedure and caused more problems. His procedural skills are not good and he does not know what he is doing.
