Dr. Burgess broke off a file doing a root canal and now, I have to go to an endodontist to get an infection and draining of the tooth. I was not happy when the work was done and even more unhappy with this complication. I remember how he said I probably won't have any issues with it. Wish he were right and now I am left to foot the bill.

After several unsuccessful attempts to speak to someone during business hours, I FINALLY reached a real person who confirmed that Dr. Burgess is taking new patients. After learning my insurance is CIGNA, she informed me that Dr. Burgess isn't taking new CIGNA patients. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Burgess to anyone for any reason.
