Overcharged
I was charge $990 for an inlay, and this is the price with Delta Dental insurance. I was not given the price beforehand. I would have just left if I had know. Isn't paying Delta Dental $55 a month for insurance supposed to keep dentists from overcharging? I have been coming to this practice for twenty years.

This practice has gone down hill over the years. We were given subpar service and don't recommend them for anyone. The office staff are rude, specifically Emily and Shawn/Sean, and Dr. Carter was barely in the room. We have since found better quality care with a much nicer dentist and do not recommend Dr. Carter or his clinic for anyone.

Dr Carter has been my dentist for many years. He has always been on top of my dental needs, very honest, easy to get into see. His staff are the best, one of the best teams in the Valley. I have sent people to Dr. Carter over the years, all have been happy.

Not gentle and then other colleagues of his don't want to touch his work. Promised a price and then went back on his word according to his employees as if he didn't agreed to a fixed price. After several thousand dollars in a year, he lost us for$76 dollars!!! Not the smartest marketing. Just terrible people to deal with. No finesse, no manners when issues arise, no proper work ethic that we can see.

I came in on a Friday. The dentist, Mr Carter, didn’t even look at my teeth, yet I was charged for a cleaning and exam from a DDS.

Professional and personable. Greeted by caring staff, welcomed by a smile and assurance I would be taken care of. This practice restored both my smile and faith in dentists. Couldn't imagine going elsewhere.
