I have been going to Dr. Chambarlis for many years. He is always very kind and caring. He does a great job cleaning and checking my teeth.

Dr. Chamberlis is a very patient and kind doctor. He has been helping me get over my fear of going to the dentist and my teeth are almost all back to being healthy again. Our entire family goes to him now. I strongly recommend Dr. Chamberlis for your dental needs:)

went above and beyond 2 facilitate repair of a damaged partial in a speedy manner so that I was inconvenienced minimally

I have called and emailed multiple times and had to leave voicemails DURING business hours and I am not able to get a response back. I can't even make an appointment because no one will answer. Absolutely terrible, I don't even want to make an appointment anymore because trying to make an appointment has been so incredibly frustrating and I don't want to repeat this in the future.

My family has been going to Centre Park Family Dentistry for years. Dr. Chambarlis really cares for his patients. From difficult dental cases to routine visits, we have always been very pleased with his service. He really knows his patients. We never feel as though we were just another appointment on the books. He has even opened the office to accommodate emergencies. We look forward to meeting his new hygienist next month. I'm sure she will be a great addition to the team!

I chose Dr. Chambarlis as our family dentist many years ago, and have consistently felt he provided us excellent care. There was a brief spell when my insurance changed and I had to see another dentist. It was only then I truly realized how good Dr. Chambarlis is. We were all thrilled to re-up. He has offered to see us well outside office hours when necessary, never recommends treatment based on his bottom line rather than our health, and really knows each one of us. His staff is great too
