What a wonderful dentist and staff. From the very beginning they have always explained everything, made sure I understood and what other options may be available . My cleanings are the best and really like the hygentists. I’m a long term patient and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Now my children and their families are coming to him too.

Dr. Chulick is a perfectionist with his work. This is a characteristic I respect in dentists, doctors, and auto mechanics! Staff is very helpful, also. Always recommend.

he did a bridge that never worked that I had to have replaced by a different dentist right after he did it. sent me for a root canal that wasnt necessary and never returned any of money that he ripped me off of..his father was an awesome dentist that i had all my work done in 1980s by in palm harbor.. he is not competent as far as im concerned!
