You can tell Dr. Gerstenmaier has been doing this for a while, but I always kind of feel indifferent when I leave there. My son got the care he needed, but I don't know that we would go back there if there was another dentist covered by our insurance that performs the specific services we needed. The staff is kind of rude and unapproachable and the entire office could definitely use a makeover as it looks straight out of the Brady Bunch.
