Horrible!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would... I went in back in Feb. for a checkup and was told I need to have a silver crow replaced with a permanent crown. When the tech was taking my x-rays it took about 45 minutes to have the done because she could not get them correct. At the appt. to have the crown removed they hit a nerve and just gave me more sedation and continued to get the crown mold. Three weeks later I came back for the crown fitting, and it would not fit, so they had to do the entire process again. Three weeks after that, they get a crown that will fit and shove it up on the tooth and send me on my way. Now, here we are two weeks later and I was in so much pain over the weekend that I had to go to urgent care for the tooth. I call Monarch this morning and am very bluntly told I "may" need a root canal and to call someone else. Doctor Kilcrease was nothing but rude, fast paced, and unbothered by these months of back and forth work, and here I am out thousands of dollars back were I started, needed this brand new crown removed. Save your time, energy, and money and go somewhere else. I will add that the dental techs and receptionists( besides the boy I spoke to this morning) are so sweet and helpful and I hope they move on to better establishments in their future careers.

Dr Kilcrease is the best. He is caring and works hard every day. I definitely recommend him
