I went there from co worker referral but my experience was a nightmare . Since it was my first dental visit with my insurance I ask all question pertaining payment and I was promised a call to give me what I'm supposed to upfront and nobody I finally called and was given the amount to pay nothing was. mentioned about partial work or payment. So I was trying to ask question the so called dr accused me to be respectful. And use an curse word. It was really a big turn off for to do business with such unprofessional kind of approach.

Terrible, I was charged $395 for a night guard made from a 3D Printer, that only costs $5 to make. It didn't even fit, it took two people to pry it off of my teeth and was incredibly painful. He refused to provide a refund or any compensation after wearing it less than 30 minutes. I would have had better success with a do-it-yourself mold. They even told me that every dentist around only used 3D printing technology, to not even bother calling other dentists about getting a plaster mold. The first five dentists I called said they ONLY use plaster molding. Definitely avoid this dental office and call around for someone who is not just trying to make a quick buck, God forbid you need emergency dental care because John Knight never checks his phone, especially on Fridays.

Very poor attitude from the office staff. Dr. Knight is average.

I have had two visit with Dr. Knight. Both visits resulted in me having to go back and have corrections to the work. The first time my bite was off accompanied by sharpness in the tooth that received the work. The tooth was sharp enough that it was cutting my tongue constantly. The second visit I had work done on one tooth. After the work I was unable to get dental floss between the tooth and it's adjacent. I don't believe he spends the time required to make sure his work is without error.
