Dr. John Mobilia, DMD

I underwent cavity filling with Dr Mobilia, and the experience was not only professional but efficient. The dental office was easy to work with, to schedule and they actually took me in prior to the filling after I had a bad experience getting scheduled with another practice. I recommend this office highly.

I did have bring my baby, toddler and kid and everything was smooth and great I did have a filling with him and everything gone great.

I went in to see Dr. John Mobilia, DMD, because a crown fell off a molar. When I got there, the staff convinced me to get a full mouth X-ray, saying that it was needed for my care even though I was just there for the one molar, which was urgent. The staff then convinced me to agree to a complete mouth checkup, as it was their official policy, to which I folded and got. The doctor told me that my gums were a bit inflamed but agreed that it could be due to misuse of my electric toothbrush. He said a cleaning could help, but it was OPTIONAL. When I called to make an appointment to get my crown dealt with, the receptionist told me that I would not receive any care unless I agreed to complete dental cleaning. So should you go to this dentist? That’s your choice, but be careful and skeptical about what they tell you. If they start trying to get you to agree to services you didn’t go in for, especially making services that are optional in other offices MANDATORY, I advise going ELSEWHERE.

A top notch dental office, with state of the art equipment. I was visiting California from out of state, when a dental problem arose. Dr. Mobilia was recommended to us, and his office staff gave us an appointment for that day. I wish I lived in California, so I could have Dr. Mobilia as my regular dentist.

I was a patient of Dr. Mobilia and today I was suppose to have my teeth checked out today but I had to walk out of the clinic because of a bad experience with one of the staff members. She was rude and is not fit to be in customer service. When I mentioned that I will complain to Dr. Mobilia, she was even more brazen and rude. She lacks the proper courtesy and customer service. Stay away.

Dr. Mobilia and his staff are amazing. My oldest has autism and Dr. John is the only dentist she has been comfortable with. He and his staff go out of their way for their patients and understand that some people do have legitimate fears. The front office staff have always been up front about costs and don't take advantage of patients as other places do. Would highly recommend RB Dental and Dr. john!!

They cheated me by charging me over $200 when my insurance covers 100%
