Amazing staff! Amazing surgeon! Had fully erupted wisdom tooth pulled same day as consult. Excellent bed side manner. Works so quickly. Always asking if you’re ok. Fast and Painless! Looks like a pediatric surgeon—fun scrub cap and socks. Puts you at ease.

Dr. Orfanos use to have excellent "bed side" manner. I would have trusted him with anything and this morning I would have said he was the BEST. However, today I met Mr. Hyde, his alter ego. I went in to have him look at a my tongue which he had performed two procedures on with numerous follow ups. While waiting in the waiting room and examination room I developed a rash with severe pain. I informed the staff I needed to leave as I was having an reaction to something and I was experiencing shooting pain on my arm. I was told by his nurse and staff to hold on he would be right in to see me. I was leaving to seek medical attention. THEY all knew I was in pain and stated that, "he would help me as he was a Medical Doctor". The first thing Dr. Orfanos said to me was "If your in pain you need to go to an emergency room". He could not help me nor did he ever try to ascertain the issue which I thought might be related to my tongue. I paid $145.00 to learn he doesn't handle cases lik.

Professional, friendly did not leave me waiting an unreasonable amount of time or leave me mangled.

Having a tooth pulled is not high on my "favorite things" list but I have now had two teeth extracted by Dr John and have to say both experience were a doddle. He is professional yet human (!). He explained all my options and we even made each other laugh. I could drink beer with this guy! The whole office is clean and efficient and all staff were very welcoming and courteous. I was especially looked after by Nurse Kim and Assistant Sula. I recommend this practice.
