Dr. Romano is a Great dentist. Very involved in the community of East Quogue. He cares about his patients & always follows up. I have recommended him many times. He takes the time to talk & explain.

Dr Romano has my complete trust. He is so gentle and informative.. lets you know what he is doing every step of care. Started going to him because my niece, who is afraid of many things, loves going to him.

i have recommended several friends and business associates to Dr. Romano. The reasons are simple: he cares, he pays attention to my issues and he explains in understandable terms what needs to be done and why. His interaction with his staff is family-like. There was one instance when I was the last appointment of the day and arrived late; the doctor was already in his car and leaving. Before I could even plead my case for being late, he was out of his car and opening the office door for me.
