Dr. John Rusnock, DMD

i've seen Dr Rusnock for multiple procedures, including implants and other preparatory work, over a number of years. He is among the best dentists and other practitioners I have ever encountered. I've had no issues with his office procedures either.

I would not recommend this office as they do provide the promised services—nor do they respond to calls. I was seen for an evaluation in early December, and recommended service by Dr. Rusnock. The office stated that they would run the service by my insurance and we could then schedule the procedure. In January, when I had not heard from the office—I called to inquire about the status. They said that they had not submitted it to the insurance company; however, they would do so. I never heard from the office again until April when I received a bill for services. I called to ask about the bill, and the promised quote. I never received a call back. This was repeated in May & July. I received another bill in early Sept, again called to say that I had never received the follow-up services, which were part of the initial exam. This time I did receive a call back, and the office manager said that she would talk to the Dr and get back to me. The next time I heard from the office was a bill and
