Zero! Surprised he still practicing!
He sunk a drill through my daughter's teeth (then 3-4 yrs old) with no novacaine or numbing agent of any kind. When I went to console her as she writhed in pain, he yelled at me telling me not to coddle her. I lit into him and said he just sank the drill straight through her teeth without numbing her mouth! I said 'I'm her mother and I WILL comfort her.' He should be ashamed of himself! At one point he worked on my teeth, and told me he 'nicked' my gum but it was 'no big deal' but when I saw my PCP the same day he confirmed it was an inch and a half open gash along my inner gum line along the inside of my cheek. He should never be in practice with his attitude and disgusting demeanor!

Does not have a bedside manner with children. Shouted at my child.started to drill a cavity but did not finish sent me to a different dentist. Will not go back.
