I am very pleased my experience with Turner Family Dentistry. The staff is by far the best and treat patients with respect and compassion. I highly recommend this practice.

I have had several really bad dental experiences at other practices and had a lot of anxiety about my next appointment, which was necessary, because I had a previous filling that had fallen out. I came today and the staff was friendly and courteous. I explained my past experiences and they noted my chart to ensure the same issues would not happen again. I plan to bring my entire family here! The staff is very helpful and work hard to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They really take the time to listen to you. They offer little extras to make you more comfortable like TV in the room or headphones w/music. They're also very accommodating in trying to get you in quickly for an emergency.

OUTSTANDING team! This team is about patient comfort and quality service. I've had fantastic experiences with Dr Turner. They continually monitor the patient's comfort level with, "are you okay?", "need a break?", etc.. Sunglasses and wireless headphones are provided, which might sound silly, until you find yourself in a chair with lights beaming down on you : ) He has a machine that actually makes porcelain crowns while you wait, so there are no multiple appointments necessary. I have recommended Dr. Turner to my coworkers. I had an Oral Surgeon tell me that Dr. Turner is a good Dentist. I think that says something about a Doctor when another Doctor expresses his opinion, and it is good.

As a patient I appreciate not being caught up in a swirl of technicians that fly in , do something , then fly away to make room for the next tech. Dr Turner and his staff are very one on one and thorough.

He told me my 13 year old (who has never had a cavity) had a lot of cavities and 2 were really bad. He said he needed to take x-rays because her teeth were so bad. He showed me one of the "bad cavities" on the x-ray and when I didn't see it, he told me it's because I'm not used to looking at them. I got a 2nd opinion from her orthodontist and a 3rd opinion from another dentist. After examining her teeth and looking at the x-rays, both of them said she had no cavities. Don't trust Dr. Turner.

I referred to Turner Family Dentistry by a close friend and I'm extremely glad I gave them a try. The staff was extremely friendly and quick to put me at ease. They explained everything to me and were more than willing to answer my questions. During my visit they would stop and make sure that I was comfortable. For the first time I have no dentist phobia. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I researched reviews of several dentist in the area & after reading reviews on Dr. Turner decided to go with his practice & I'm so glad I did. It had been years since I had been to the dentist & I was very nervous about going (I've had a couple of bad experiences in the past) right away I felt welcome & at ease. Recently, I found myself with a dental emergency over the weekend. Being between dentists at the time, I called the top rated dentist in the area on Google and Angie's List. I expected an answering service, but actually talked to Dr Turner himself. Most dentists won't give you the time of day if you're not an existing patient. However, Dr. Turner was genuinely concerned and went the extra mile for someone he had never met. The whole staff was great and welcomed me like family. Best dentist ever!
