Dr. John Warren, DMD

After 10 years as his patient I believe Dr. Warren he has grown too big to care about his patients anymore. I started with him when it was just him, one hygienist and a receptionist. Now he has multiple dental hygienist and two offices. The values that brought us to him in the first place are no longer there. I have 5 family members that I was taking to him and had recommended many friends to him.One of his dental hygienist recommended a deep cleaning as the optimal care for one of my family members. When I declined, and said we wanted just a regular clean, Dr. Warren decided that my family was no longer a good fit for his practice. It seems that Dr. Warren needs to review what patients rights are. He & his staff are free to make recommendations, I would have even signed something that I refused the deep clean and wanted just a regular cleaning. My wife is so upset she was in tears this morning when they called to tell us we should find another dentist.

My family has been patients of Dr. Warrens for years, however his practice has changed. Today I took my mom in as a new patient for a regular cleaning. They refused, they said they could only do a deep cleaning. This has become a new thing, any excuse to do a deep clean. They pulled that on me a few months ago & it was supper expensive. When we first found Dr. Warren, another dentist had tried something similar on my wife & myself. What got us to go to him in the first place was him telling my wife that deep cleans are only necessary if you are feeling discomfort. I guess he has decided that $ is more important than his ethics.

Dr. Warren and his staff were very profession, patient and kind with my elderly mother. They listened to all of her concerns and proceeded with care only when my mom was ready. They treated us like family.

Dr.Warren has been my dentist for fourteen years. He is patient, caring, an excellent dentist. I also adore his staff, Amanda and Tiffany. My husband and i would recommend Dr. Warren to everyone.

I have been to Dr Warren's twice in the past 2 weeks. Have not waited more than 10 minutes for each visit. Its a small offiice with 3 people on staff...which i prefer anyway. Staff is great, caring and sensitive to your needs. They made sure that i was in no pain during my procedure. Great people
