Dr. John Whytosek, DMD

I had 2 dental implants with Dr Whytosek and he was excellent. One was a front tooth so it was really important to me that it looked good and it certainly did.

Short wait, clean office, friendly staff and Dr. painless treatment,

Step 1 - went for a single implant and the procdure itself was done very well as far as I can tell. Step 2 - the billing experience was awful! While I was sedated and in the chair but before they pulled a tooth I had cracked they presented a finance summary and "requested" $3,000. Very surprised but I paid it. Several weeks later I received my EOD from insurance that said I should have paid $1450 ($1,550 less than I paid). Took that to the office and asked them to review billing. After some hounding they said they would review and send a check for the balance. It arrived, exactly $450 short of the correct amount. I chased that up and they apologixed and sent me a second check for the remaining amount.

Extremely professional, pleasant, efficient, clean and high quality! Every thing you would want from a professional practice. Awesome experience and I would strongly recommend this office and Dr. Whytosek to my friends and patients.

Dr. Whytosek explained the procedure thoroughly and he did a good job. I would recommend him. However, I would suggest anyone considering his services to be very careful about the costs of service. The quoted costs do not include all of the costs. Get a written commitment that all costs including the cost of the initial visit have been quoted. Otherwise, you will have a billing problem and the billing person is very unfriendly and extremely unhelpful.

Everyone is highly professional and personable. The day my referring dentist called, Dr. Whytosek found room for me in the schedule at the end of the day to perform two implant procedures. No dental procedure is pleasant, but they go out of their way to make sure you're as comfortable with the process as possible. I've dealt with my share of medical and dental professionals over the years. I can without reservation recommended Dr. Whytosek and his colleagues.

I've been to see Dr. Whytosek several times he is very professional and willing to answer any questions that I may have. The staff is friendly and efficient.
