Dr. Jolanta Pajek, DDS

$10,000 investment on dentures that are non functional. The dentist said I'm going to give you a beautiful smile. Well if you can't eat or talk without them popping up in your mouth. Not so beautiful. Not trustworthy .Find a different dentist.

I came to Dr Pajek based on location and reviews. I had an emergency that needed to be taken care of. While scheduling went very smoothly, I am in agreement with several others on this site. She was rude, rough and pushy. Her jokes were inappropriate and yes, she was very condescending. When she inserted the needle to give me the novacaine shot, she hit a nerve which practically sent me out of my chair. It brought a tear or two to my eyes. She basically made fun of me at that point and explained that meant she did a great job. I was not in agreement. The next time I was in, she did the same thing. Then when I went in to get my crown on and the temporary off (an appointment that doesn't usually take very long), they started taking pictures of my mouth - not x-rays. This was not just a few. It was a ton of pictures. I realized she was going to try to talk me into getting vaneers which I did not ask for or want. I will not be returning to this dentist.

Sorry, this will be long winded. I have been going to a corporate type dental facility for most of my life. As my teeth started having issues, and needing tons of work (after 30 years), it made me realize that I don't think I met a dentist very often that would really look at my teeth. Dr Pajek is very pushy, making you feel your concerns are foolish and invalid. Doesn't do things/procedures she says she will while doing others she never discussed. Is very rough in your mouth, harsh, condescending and bordering on rude. The worst part is, she damaged teeth and gum tissue that may be irreparable.

Dr. Pajek was acceptable in terms of her technical performance. My real issue is with her general behavior. Dr. Pajek seemed disinterested in my patient concerns, making me feel like an inconvenience. I had the displeasure of encountering Dr. Pajek as a customer. She was incredibly rude, both to myself and to my colleagues. She displayed overwhelming entitlement and impatience. I believe in professionalism outside of the workplace, and will not be scheduling another appointment.
