Had pain from a bad crown. Called Frankel & Puhl (Maumee) and got an appointment the next day, which was good. But they only did x-rays, got another appointment for the crown a week later. After waiting a week in pain, I went in but they only gave me a high-pressure pitch on fixing everything in my mouth, a "care plan". Wouldn't fix the crown until I committed to the care plan. They left me in pain for a week for nothing. Not going back.

Firstly, they called to confirm the appointment more than 5 times as well as email and text. They billed her wrong at both of her previous appointments. I picked my mom up from an appointment today. She was in tears and cried the entire way home. They couldn't even finish the work they needed to do because it was so painful for her. 0/10 would not recommend. The entire experience with them has been awful so far.

Dr. Frankel and his staff are the best in Ohio and possibly the US! Dr. Frankel and his staff do outstanding work. I get compliments on my smile all the time. One of the greatest things about them is that they go over your treatment plan and explain how much insurance benefits you have and what can be done in the plan year, and exactly how much you, as a patient, will be responsible for.
