I HAVE GONE TO DR.KIM'S DENTAL OFFICE SINCE 2015 AND I CHOSE THEM AS THEY ARE ONE OF THE MORE REPUTABLE OFFICE IN THE AREA I LIVE IN. THE STAFF HERE ARE WONDERFUL, SWEET AND PATIENT. THE SERVICE AND CARE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS OFFICE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The staff ran my insurance, told me they were in network, took numerous x-rays, didn't even come up with a solid plan, THEN told me they were out of network. They ran up nearly $1000 in xray costs without my consent and with my understanding they were in network. This practice should be penalized.

Wish I could give 0 stars for this practice!! I went there on Monday because I had a decayed molar that needed to be extracted, they quoted me $172 for the exam and that would be applied to the extraction fee.. well of course they took a full mouth X-ray and that wasn't even my dilema nor did I want a full mouth X-ray because I already know how money hungry these people are.. anyways, after the exam they told me it's about $600 MORE because they are going to put in bone graft and implant!!
