Dr. Jonathan Ross, DDS

Dr Ross has been hard at work saving my teeth for the past 4-5 years. He has always been thorough in explaining options and potential outcomes. He works with my dentist to keep all on the same page.In addition to Dr Ross, Karen is excellent at her office management position and Michelle keeps things coordinated in the chairs! I would recommend him and his staff wholeheartedly.

Excellent. During this visit, Dr. Ross examined a deteriorating tooth which has been a concern for some time. Regarding an implant, Dr. Ross described difficulties due to considerable bone loss and how best to to correct this. He was very thorough and provided options, timelines, costs and concern for my comfort.

Dr. Ross and his staff are wonderful. He is highly skilled, thoroughly professional and I trust his judgment completely. He always answered my questions (and I had plenty!). He is open, honest and transparent. I appreciated how he explained steps of the procedure - in advance, and also as we progressed through my surgery. He is very concerned about ensuring minimal pain. We are fortunate to have Dr. Ross in our area. Thank you.

Worked very well with my dentist. His staff was always very pleasant & helpful. Dr Ross was one of three initial consultations with a Periodontist. He was the only one who addressed my anxieties about all procedures ahead of time——by explaining in detail his plan of treatment until I was comfortable and ready to procede. Even called my family at night after each procedure to see if I was comfortable and answer any questions. He went the extra mile!

Dr Ross overcharged me $449 in March Still has not paid Numerous phone calls and messages are ignored. Also will not send X-rays to insurance company for my claim to be processed. He is the most expensive periodontist in the area. Avoid this nightmare and schedule elsewhere

I wouldn’t recommend anyone pay money for this human scum of a doctor. He completely ignored the actual concerns my dentist had and suggested cosmetic fixes so I would “actually look normal.” He completely preyed on my insecurities as a teenage girl and assumed my orthodontist was doing nothing without looking at any pictures. I’d give negative stars if I could. He discussed me in the third person like I wasn’t even there. He tried to guilt my mom and told us not to mention his name to my orthodontist. Dr. Jonathon Ross: a waste of time, money, and treats his customers and staff like garbage. He was snapping at his hygienists and my mom and me. Avoid this man at all costs because he is manipulative and awful.

Great experience. Highly recommend. Helpful staff. Dr. Ross was able to fix an issue leftover from another dentist on short notice. Outstanding technique and attention to detail. No pain. Good communication, easy to get information and options. Cost less than quoted. Very glad went to Dr. Ross.
