The treatment is good, but the staff at reception are incompetent and routinely fail to do the simplest of tasks. Billing is often incorrect, incomplete and late. The best thing they do is continually apologize for the “problems they are having with personnel.” They’ve been saying this for about 3 years now. It’s time for us to find a new office. My last bill that could not be explained was hand delivered to the office. They took a copy and said they would figure it out and follow up. Two weeks later I have to go back and follow up myself. They agreed to have an answer by Friday. Friday I was called and that was extended another week. Finally, a week later they figured out their bill.

The staff at Dr. Walker’s office in Puyallup are all very kind, caring people. I am quite a scaredy-cat when it comes to going to the dentist, but at every appointment I am treated with empathy and tender loving care. I have been coming here for several years. Never had a bad experience! I highly recommend this dental office!??

I have been going to Dr Walker since 2016 and I have never had a bad experience. The whole staff are very caring and helpful. Dr Walker is very caring and always makes me comfortable. I have never had a bad or painful experience and he has had to do a lot of work on my teeth. He gets 10 stars

I had a dental emergency today (Sunday) and Dr. Walker took care of me as promised. So thankful for him.

Dr. Walker is kind and gentle. I love how he treats my family. His front staff is very helpful, and nice. His nurses as informative and easy to work with. I highly recommend their office.

This whole office is amazing! Very friendly and professional. I went to Dr. Beug when he owned this practice. One of the crown's he installed two years ago broke. Even though Dr. Walker did not own the practice at that time he honored the work and replaced the crown for only the cost of the new crown. He totally did not have to do that but he did. I have a lot of dental related anxiety and require nitros oxide and more time than other patients. They are very patient and calm.

This is based on my experience with a new hygienist not with Dr. Walker. I've been a patient at this office for 5 years. I was satisfied up until this point. I have had numerous cleanings at this office but never have I been treated so disrespectful. I was told my gums were rotting. I was told their was decay on one of my upper teeth and it was the beginning of a cavity. Doctor Walker confirmed non of this was correct. It was a painful experience and I don't feel like my teeth were even cleaned.

Dr. Walker is honest, and kind. He is the kind of Doc that will listen to your concerns. I highly recommend him.
