Dr. Jordan Martin, DDS

First of all there should be a negative rating allowed. One star is being generous. I went to this office in Fort Myers on May 29 2024. I had 5 teeth pulled. My teeth were damaged from disease, chemo and radiation. My pain increased as days went by even though I followed protocol handed to me on paper during discharge. Our insurance covered all services at 100% but they insisted I owed $1,400.00. I paid the amount before they would treat me. I called the office a couple days later and stopped in the office because the pain was increasing. The dentist did not even look in my mouth. To this day they have kept my money.

My family have gone here for over 30 years. We started with Dr. Grieder and when he retired Dr. Martin. We were shocked and more than disappointed when Dr.Martin and his hygienist diagnosed a family member with 16,000 dollars of work!! Most of it was for crowns. We sent her scans to 2 other Doctors that saw NOTHING. We were shocked! She has since gone to a family dentist in Bonita, and walked away with a cleaning, not a 16,000 dollar diagnosis. I have always bragged on Dr. Martin and the care for ALL the dental work I have had done, but now I wonder. Was any of it necessary? Yes they were nice and acted like it was all in my best interest, but I don't think so! Get a second opinion before you have anything done. My family of 12 are moving on, after 30 years.

No waiting time. Staff was great from arrival to departure.

Another year, another crown, always well done, pain free although nobody likes the sound of the drill/grinder...

I highly recommend this dental office. I had absolutely the best dental experience ever. Dr. Martin and his staff did their job exceptionally well. They use updated technology and are efficient. This was a very pain-free experience because they take more care. Special thanks to Isabelle.

I've never had such a wonderful dental experience in my life! Dr. Martin and his staff are fabulous! They make you feel at home and totally relaxed, and their skills are superior. I am beyond pleased with all the work that was done for me, and I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

Dr. Martin is the best, when Dr. Greider retired I gave serious consideration to changing dentist. Glad that I didn't had a crown done yesterday morning and it was quick and painless. Excellent job Jordan, thank you.

My mouth is not bleeding or sore as it was with my last few cleanings with my previous hygienist! Kelly was really easy to talk with & did a super job!

I had gone in to correct a bad root canal and had tooth extracted in March after 7 months of addressing other teeth and left too big causing pressure elsewhere he put pin in finally , gave up by October and still no tooth after paying thousands out of pocket . Did not realize that my insurance was not in primary care . Very nice and cordial but not my kind of professionalism expected . I have sought out another in network dentist to correct all teeth he worked on .

I went in with excruciating pain in my tooth It cost me $170 For an office visit him a couple of pictures. Thought that was very high and was sent home with no answers. Went to another dentist the day after since I was in severe pain during the night and I have an infection in my tooth and needs a root canal which was scheduled Immediately snd antibiotics prescribed. The amount I have to pay and got no answers I feel a refund should be given at least partial

Dr. Martin is great. He is very skillful and concerned about patient comfort. He explained everything as he went along the process of replacing an old crown. I really appreciate this. He took the time to answer all of my questions.

Office does not produce quality work. The staff is nice as well as the doctor. I have a dental background and was very disappointed by very minor work done on my daughter (sealants) and a simple procedure for my husband (composite). We were pleased with our initial visits for exam/cleanings but due to low quality work on such small procedures they lost our trust and we've went elsewhere.

This guy SCREWED up my daughters teeth. Now having to go get them straightened out by a much better more professional DENTIST, who I might add was VERY upset the way her teeth were taken care of by the licensed criminal

I have been cared for by Dr. Martin and his staff for 6 months, mostly for implant surgery, and the care has been excellent in all respects. I have never been treated by a dental office which has this level of support technology. The staff members, starting with the front desk, are very friendly and concerned, but they are also very professional and you have the comfortable feeling that they "know their job". This is especially true of Dr. Martin's surgical assistant, Isabel. Bob Doty, Estero

He is the best and has a terrific staff

Doctor said less than 10 words to me and put my crown on backwards. Fortunately the assistant saw and fixed it. Receptionist gives false information. Looking elsewhere !
