This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business type. They will do the same bracket over and over expecting a different result and if it breaks they blame my own bite (but isn't that the point of going to an orthodontist?), the workers would rather talk to each other than focus on working on your mouth (I've been stabbed in the gums by two different people because they felt they needed to look up and talk while working). Also, the front office and the actual workers don't communicate. One side tells me to come in for original appointments after needing a fix and then the other cancels appointment after I had to take time off work to come in.
