Dr. Joseph Hyde, DDS

Took forever to schedule an appointment to get my fillings taken care of, due to dentists quitting. Once I finally got in I told the dentist I was nervous and had anxiety, which he said he understood. He completely numbed me with 3 injections and let me sit for 30 minutes. Finally began to use the drill without warning me, the noise startled me and I jumped. He got mad at me and said he “can’t work like this” and told me to find a dentist that can do my fillings under anesthesia if i’m that nervous. The assistant had to apologize for him, and the clerk upfront called him an a**hole several times while attempting to reschedule me with the nicer dentist, and helping me look into a different dentist entirely. He made me cry, and I will not be coming back. Thank you to the two lovely clerks upfront, you made me feel better after the so called “dentist” tried to “work”

I’ve never seen an individual with such little compassion and respect especially to his employees but not just the employees but his patients. Would not recommend this office to anyone!

I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Hyde and his staff were very friendly, and I did not wait long at all for my appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hyde's office to my friends and family.
