Scared of change
After 30 years with the same dentist in Texas this was the thing that made me most nervous about moving to small town in Oklahoma. I am very happy with this office and his hygienist. They sensitive to me being an old baby at the dentist office. So happy with Dr LaVelley that I see his brother as my eye doctor. Their dad was was my favorite teacher in high school

He canceled with no notice
One time he was OK, but he made my kiddo feel uncomfortable

I had a tooth extraction performed. I thought he done a great job. The only thing I would have really appreciated would have been printed material on aftercare. His assistant told me a couple of things but I know there's more to taking care of the area than that. I had to rely on the Internet for my information. I hate that. Everything I read lead to a dry socket or death. LOL. All in all I was pleased with his services, he just needs more after instructions to be given to his patients.
