I love Dr Levy, I've been seeing him 20 years. He is practical and friendly. His hygienist Felicia has the lightest touch I've ever had in a dental hygienist so I always make my appointments on the days she's there. The only reason I took off a star is that I always have to wait a long time to get in, I think it's because Felicia is so thorough.

He took out part of a good tooth from which the filling he put in fell out. He did not address the tooth that was hurting. I had so much nova Caine I couldn’t tell what he was doing. His mother or sister should spank his hands before touching another patient and causing so much PAIN and distress. NEVER AGAIN!! Why his assistant say something???

It was easy to get an emergency appointment, except that I had to wait an hour in the waiting room to be seen by the dr who only spent about a minute or less with me and said that I needed to see an oral surgeon and that he couldn't do anything for me. And still made me pay him for an appointment that lasted less than a minute and did nothing. Very abrupt man with no compassion for patients and zero customer service. Never going back.
