Office had not been renovated perhaps in the past 10 years. Many areas are questionable in terms of OSHA compliance. Fees had been kept lower than the neighbor competitors to keep the long term loyal patients. Unfortunately, the low fees also meant that low quality materials including long, EXPIRED materials are being used on people.
