my visits to dr. nista, were always great, He is a great dentist, I would highly recommand him,

I have seen joe nista for over 20 years, after seeing a new dentist I have learned by seeing my xrays that he did very little to take care of my dental health overall! I admit that I only went to him because he had a great hygienist but he cannot keep one and so it tells the story of his lack of personality and care towards his patients. Please skip this one, find a real dentist!

I was a patient there for 15 years, but haven't been able to get in gor a cleaning in over a year because they can't find or keep a hygienist.

have been going to Dr Nista for over 24 years the only thing that has changed is the office staff always have booked my next appointments for six months in advance and never have been asked in the meantime I have not booked because of medical problem-rectified. Now weather is a factor for me so cannot book in advance

Terrible dentist! I have had a terrible toothache since forever, and I couldn’t find the problem. After consulting with him through multiple teeth-cleaning sessions and check-ups, he cannot identify the problems for 2 years. He ended up suspecting that it was due to the upper right wisdom tooth and proceeded to remove it. He did not send me to a specialized oral surgeon and performed the surgery by himself. After which, he did not prescribe any follow-up medication even though I suffered terribly from the surgery. I called to make an appointment and ask for appropriate inflammatory medications, which he refused to answer and also mentioned that he did not know what is the cause of my problems. I was able to find a new dentist, who diagnosed my teeth carefully and found out that his procedure resulted in a terrible infection which also affected the tooth right next to the wisdom tooth removed. He had to send me to an oral surgeon to also have that removed. This is the worst dental experience I’ve ever been through.

Terrible dental procedure. I have recurring toothache that I do not know the cause. After mentioning to him about my condition in our cleaning appointments, he checked my teeth and did not find out the reason. I suffered the painful experiences from the toothache for 2 years because he cannot find the problem. After that, he suspected the pain comes from the upper-right wisdom tooth. He performed wisdom tooth removal without sending me to a specialized oral surgeon. Not only that, he did not prescribe me any follow-up medication, even though I suffered from post-surgery pain. After 6 months, I was able to find a new dentist who found out his procedure resulted in a terrible infection that also affected the tooth next to the wisdom tooth that was removed. I ended up having that tooth removed also by an oral surgeon. Terrible!

You cannot reschedule appointments. If you cannot make your appointment which is scheduled 6-12 months in advance you are put on a waiting list. There is no flexibility at all!
