Everyone in the oftice was respectful of my time and pleasant.

My Dental hygienist made me feel comfortable and definitely enhanced my experience. I feel that one of the assistant (N/A) was somewhat aggressive, after I told him multiple time that I gag very easy. He seemed to want to do things the way he wants to do them. As many dental visits I've had over the years, this did not sit well with me. If he actually listens to the customer, instead of getting impatient, things would be better.

I love Dr Taylor and Dental Designs! I’ve had them full so many cavities & replace fillings I’ve lost count. I also got a root canal and my wisdom teeth removed, due to Dr Taylor’s recommendations. The reason I needed all this work is because I had not been to a dentist in several years. I have a very sensitive gag reflex that most dentists say is my fault, and no other dentist will sedate me. Dr Taylor sedates and makes me feel “normal” and not like a “bad patient”, and he has vastly improved my oral hygiene due to his awesome empathy. The staff is just super as well, from front desk to hygienists. Is it weird that I actually look forward to seeing the dentist now, since Dr Taylor and staff is so great?!

First contact when visiting sets the tone no matter what business establishment you visit. This front desk staff could not have been nicer and professional. So welcoming and accommodating on my first visit. So happy the wonderful and pleasant experience extended on with one of the best and through hygienist I have ever had. Then meeting Dr. Taylor. He is so knowledgeable, personable. He explained in detail and answered all my questions.

The dental procedures I had seemed very good and professional. Patient satisfaction to me is founded on how successful the dental work is a year or several later. Not something that can be answered after a couple procedures. I'm very happy with what has happened thus far. Maybe I can provide some long time results before . . . .

Dr. Taylor was wonderful! I had a great experience here with this dentist. It was easy for me to schedule an appointment quickly and the staff at Northgate is by far the nicest staff I have ever dealt with. Dr. Taylor spends quality time to listen and take care of his patients to make sure they are happy with the services he provides. He makes sure you are comfortable and completely understand what he is going to do before proceeding with any work. I would recommend him to anyone.

The staff went above and beyond in helping my family. They made arrangements to treat myself, my wife, and two of my son’s as my insurance was running out. Everyone was extremely kind and gracious during our visits. Look forward to seeing them again.
