Well before the surgery, Dr. Washington made certain that I understood the procedure, and we discussed it thoroughly. He let me know about other options, and gave me time to research and decide what would be the best thing to do. On the big day, he made sure that I was comfortable and not (as) scared. Then there was a follow up surgery a couple of months later to correct some things that couldn't be done the first time. Dr. Washington has been kind and friendly through the entire journey.
