OurFamilystartedseeing Dr. Z when he first opened. We haven’t had any complaints until the past 2 years.One day I went to pay my account and to my surprise my balance went from $150 to over $300.I asked the young lady handling accounts to mail me an Itemized statement so I could track why, she said she would have it in the mail to me by the following week. Months passed, no statement.So I go for a cleaning, sign in, sit down.. over an hour passes so I go to the front desk and ask if I would be next only to see my name had been scratched through without my name being called to find out my appointment was the following day. At that point my frustration was boiling,why do we even sign in if there are no checks & balances.Dr. Z fixed my account to reflect what was truly owed, he really did care and in my eyes did the right thing. Today I just spoke to someone on the phone that could care less about her sarcasm and how she spoke to me.The first faces you see in a business can ruin it!

Been seeing them for years and everyone is wonderful. I highly recommend.

Dr. Z filled a tooth for me last month and was concerned I might experience some gum discomfort since the cavity was at gum level. I followed his instructions and experienced very little pain. He did a great job as always and his office staff are always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to their office today for my extreme jaw, ear, teeth pain..... they were able to work me in right away and called an endodontist right near my work (where I was headed next) to work me in also TODAY To get some pain relief and my root canal underway. So impressed! Thank you Premier Family Dentistry for your empathy and willingness to work me in!

All bout making money. Wanted to crown most of my teeth!

Exceptional! !! I broke off a quarter of my front tooth about 5:00 pm, the week of New Year's. They got me in the next day! They were understanding, sympathetic, and friendly! I was worked in, promptly seen and examined, and Dr. Zanthos and his assistant worked through lunch to fix my tooth! Everyone from reception onward was pleasant, efficient, and absolutely fabulous! Without a doubt, I highly recommend Dr.Zanthos' office! They worked on my teeth until I was happy! And I am!
