Dr. Zimmer and his staff are unbelievably kind and efficient. Quality work done with compassion. The office is full of amazing art (like real art, not stock photos of people smiling). They have an office therapy cat named Sherman who is a very good boy. They always have a good playlist on!

This clinic cost your money in abuse and doesn't provide compensation even the service is not good. I did a crown surgery and the doctor gave me a temporary glue and guaranteed it could last two month. However, the crown dropped off just after two days. Furthermore, I was charged with another build-up crown tooth for almost $200 and extra glue fee when I went back to re-glue my crown tooth. The service is really bad there.

I've been a patient for 20 years and always had great care. I traveled for work and some mtimes had to see dentists in other cities but was always glad to get back to Dr. Zimmer. His hygienists are well trained and great at working with my sensitive teeth. Over the years the front desk, scheduling and billing staff have varied from top notch to horrible, but the horrible ones never lasted very long.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here three weeks ago. Before the procedure, I was talked to about my options and decided to be sedated. Zimmer assured me that it would be quick and painless with the sedation. I was told to take a pill before bed the night before and arrive an hour before my appointment at 9am to take another pill which would help with the sedation.
