Terrible. Had a new patient appointment, due to discomfort of 2 lower teeth. Dr. Grunnell, a very grumpy man, never introduced himself, and when I told him I was scared of dental work, was so rude as not to answer until I sharply asked if he heard me which he then mumbled something! He never discussed the xrays, or my sensitivity to novocaine. When I mentioned that, he quickly said he needed a note from my GP before continuing without explaining why. Ridiculous. I was very upset. Dont go here!
