This is a very professional office with the kindest staff ever! I am very pleased with everyone that works there! Sweetest people ever and very well trained for each of their individual jobs. I am typically in and out in no time at all! They make you very comfortable and make every procedure seem like a breeze! Great place!

Dr. Ratcliff and his staff are super friendly and professional. They make you feel cared about and comfortable. He is skilled with fillings, mine had very little discomfort, and the hygienists do a great job explaining tooth health and keeping my mouth clean and healthy.

Dr. Ratcliff has a sense of humor and appreciates that in his patients...well, he appreciated mine. His staff is helpful with any questions; they, too, have a sense of humor. The theme here is a sense of humor will get you through what may be an uncomfortable experience. Not many people have said, "I love going to the dentist!" I'm pretty close to saying this now.
