Just plain mean behavior most of the time. Deceptive about your teeth, billing information, not following up with claims,, filling claims late, letting some of them expire, so even your Medicaid insurance would not pay 2 year old claim. Refuses to treat a disabled patient with severe pain caused by him removing only part of the tooth and leaving the other. Just waked out on me with severe tooth ache, after he examined me. Than office lady came. She told me I would not be treated at this time, gave me a bill, which showed only a balance forward, without any explanations what I was billed for. That bill should has been paid by Medicaid according to Medicaid explanation of benefits statement several months ago and their dental specialist. After I asked about speaking to someone in billing, she told me there was nothing to talk about. She told me that we already talk several months ago. I left. It is hard to find another provider with my two dental Medicare and Medicaid. I am in despair

My family was first treated by Dr. Atkin when he practiced in Columbus. Since he's been in Dayton, we have been driving there for him to provide prevention and intervention treatments. He is thorough, kind, very knowledgeable and has a customer service, patient-focused, philosophy. Congratulations on your new Dayton Dental Care Unlimited, Dr. Atkin!

I’ve read some reviews saying the office is in disrepair, it is newly updated and beautiful as of my first visit in September 2019! I have found this to be a very friendly office staff and assistants! Dr. Atkins is calm and patient with a friendly demeanor. I had a new partial made and every new denture/partial needs adjustments. I went back a couple of times and felt so welcome. Dr. Atkin and staff want you to be happy! The lab assistants were great! One lady, Ginger, worked with me consistently to make sure she ‘tweaked’ every little change I needed until I was happy AND smiled as she did it ?? I really can’t say enough about these wonderful hard working people, Dr. Atkin and their newly renovated office. I found my new dentist and highly recommend Dayton Dental!

Dr. Atkin represents the very best that Dixie Dental has to offer patients. He's very professional, yet down to earth, and fun to talk with. He's very good at root canals and crowns. I have Dr. Atkin to thank for saving several of my teeth. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for other dentists that work at Dixie Dental, though because they accept my insurance, I keep going back.

Office is outdated and made me feel like I just wanted to leave. But stayed for my root canal with Dr Atkins and I gotta say. He did a great job. No pain and was patient and informative. Thanks !

A bad choice for dental care, this dental office is a mess, the only thing they won't mess with is take your payment UPFRONT, the office and its equipment is old and falling apart, same as the people who work there, they treat patients with complete disrespect, and distrust, it is not place to go to IF you respect yourself. on top of it they told me prices over the phone but changed their prices after I came.
