Office refuses to send bill through US Mail
Dr. Kennedy's office staff refuses to send me a bill through the US Mail. I would like to pay them, but demand a bill where I can fill in my HSA card information. Dr. Kennedy would do well to instruct his staff to send bills by mail when patients ask.
