The staff is excellent, everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful. The visits are pleasant and comfortable. I never wait, I walk right in. The office and rooms are clean, spotless. I'm glad I switched to Dr. Stevens from my previous dentist, I am getting much better care.

Everyone was so kind and courteous. I was escorted into the room for ex rays. I received a full work up because I am a new client. The hygienist was very generous of at explaining everything then calling in Dr Stevens to do his examination. Good news-no cavities!

Paid 6000 for a procedure and it never got completed, my denture didnt fit right and instead of fixing it he kept making excuses.. then proceeded to angrily tell me i was being passive aggressive because i told him for 6000 dollars i couldn't approve any denture that didnt fit correctly, then left left room and came back and said theres a check for 1400 at desk take it and leave.. office ladies were wonderful.. dentist is an jerk just trying to grab your cash and run..henceforth why he couldnt take 10 min to properly do his job, what he guaranteed me he could do..

The staff is friendly and explains everything in an understandable way, answers questions, etc. Lynn did my cleaning and was gentle, courteous. Dr. Stevens discussed my issues and planned my needed care.

My father-in-law is a dentist and I spoke with him afterward to discuss their procedures & he confirmed my suspicions: this place represents the worst of corporate dentistry. It's a chain and they have in place policies to milk you for as much as they can irrespective of their usefulness. I was given many, many unnecessary tests, tests a visual exam would render unnecessary but which they shoved down my throat b/c they could charge my insurance. Most of all: the cleaning itself was poor.
