Dr. Julianne Kane, DMD

This office has very unpleasant receptionist as well as cancellation fees. My son got sick this morning and I called dentist to reschedule appointment and office manager told me they will charge me $55 fee. She was very unprofessional and heartless and taking like typical clerk not somebody working in the dentist office! like only thing I can think about when my kid is not feeling well is to call dentist and give them time to fit somebody else in. Very disappointing for Dr Kane to have this type of stuff in her team.

The office seems very child friendly and the dentist is warm and welcoming, however, after winning over patients with her 'kindness', she slips in that parents are not allowed to be in the room with their young children during any dental procedures. She proceeds to make this seem like a common and normal practice in pediatric dentistry simply because it is permissible in certain situations. I have not encountered any other pediatric dentist with this policy, in fact, other pediatric dentists have the opposite approach where they welcome you into the room unless there is an issue or circumstance that specifically calls for the child to be separated from the parent. Her policy is not printed anywhere on her website and she does not tell you this initially as a new patient, she waits until the end of your appointment to let you know this information and she makes it seem as if you'll have trouble finding another pediatric dentist who will allow you in the room-very manipulative.

My son and daughter had an excellent visit last week. The waiting room is great. They didn’t want to leave after their cleanings. Dr Kane and her staff were so nice. We’ll be back!

Dr. Kane and her team are AMAZING! Such a wonderful office. My son whose 3 years old had a tooth extracted and I’m so glad we had this done here. Everyone wasn’t so informative and reassuring. Very experienced Dr and team. From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly and inviting.

Dr. Kane and the staff are wonderful! The team could not have been more helpful to me(the nervous mom) and my 6 year old daughter. My daughter needed to have a cavity filled and they helped me and my daughter through the process. We are glad it is over, but it couldn’t have gone any better.

My experience with this office was very unfavorable. Last time I was there I was 5 mins late they cancelled my appointment so this time I went 5 to 10 mins early they said I have no appointment. I wanted to speak to doctor or someone in charge the staff said " oh my god". I was sure my appointment was that day. They said doctor will call me back never did. I called back the staff hang up on me. Will never go there.

Dr. Kane is fantastic! She really took time to explain to me the treatment for my daughter. I must admit I was more nervous than my daughter. Everything worked out well thanks to Dr. Kane.

This office is just wonderful! Everyone from when you walk in to when you leave is polite, friendly, and organized. They make your children feel comfortable and do the best they can to help you if your child isn’t cooperating. My 3 yr old is a nightmare going to any doctor and all of the staff including the wonderful Dr. Kane help to make the experience doable and easier. The whole office is comforting. Dr. Kane really knows how to make you feel at home&will take the time to answer any questions

My 3 children love Dr. Kane and her staff! The office staff is so welcoming and kind. Dr. Kane really cares about her patients. She takes the extra few minutes to ask them questions, form a relationship, and be sure they (and parents) are comfortable. My daughter recently had a cavity filled and said she wants to go back and do it again because it was fun! If you can make a cavity fill a good experience, you're doing something right!

We love Dr Kane and her super friendly staff. They all make my 3 year old feel comfortable having his “teeth counted” and “tickled”. I always recommend them to local moms!

Dr. Kane and her staff are the BEST. I have two kids age 2 and 5 and they LOVE it there!!!!! The office is very clean and beautifully decorated! My 5 year old was so afraid to go to the dentist and now he can no wait to go back!!!! Can not say enough good things about this place!

I took my grandson to this office! Wow! It's high tech and kid friendly. My grandson wants to stay and watch Netflix instead of going home! I never had that experience as a child! Wish I could go there too.

The office is so nice. My son and daughter were anxious about going to the dentist at first, but the staff and Dr. Kane really made us feel at home.

We love Dr. Kane! We came to her for a second opinion and are so glad that we did. My daughter actually asks to go? to the dentist now.
