Years after an office mistake where my insurance was not rebilled correctly, I still have a balance of 400 dollars. I have called so many times, I can't count. I even found other bills later that were billed incorrectly and had those reduced but the original issue is so old that they can't get the insurance to reimburse it, now. So, they just keep sending me the bill for their mistake. Also, the office staff turnover rate is very high which makes it difficult to resolve longstanding issues. They also gave my teen son gas (and charged me for it) twice after I told them explicitly not to. I will never go back to this office. The doctor was fine but definitely not worth years of hassle and giving my son drugs that I did not consent to.

Is it possible to give zero stars? I recommend you look for another dentist. Their COVID-19 protocol is lax at best. I was told I needed a root canal and went for a second opinion. I did not need a root canal. I was given a crown for an implant by Dr. Forte, it didn't fit, caused gum damage and had to be replaced. She says she guarantees her work but don't stick around to find out. I had to pay for the second crown. Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. Any other dentist, is better than this one!

This office mis handles billing and over charges for services

Dr. Forte and her wonderful team always treat me right. They are highly skilled and I would recommend them to everybody.

As always, I find the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. I love Dr. Forte. She's knowledgeable and thoughtful in assisting the patient with a plan that will work best for them. I've very happy to have found her.

I have been through 8 dentists in the last 10 years. Dr. Julie Forte is a perfect. From the moment I called to make my appointment through the check in, cleaning and consultation and exit. The staff is wonderful, my hygienist is great, and the Dr knows her stuff. All were professional and caring. I will be back. I have finally found a dentist I trust and respect.

I was neevous at first because I hadn't seen a dentist in quite some time but this office will be where I go from now on. Veronica is amazing and so nice and informative about everything she's going to do to help your teeth look great. Dr. Forte is very welcoming and kind when she came in and spoke with me about the next steps in my dental care. As for the rest of the staff....lovely lovely ladies with wonderful and welcoming attitudes. Great job!

Our family loves Dr. Forte and her staff! We always get in at our scheduled time and they make getting dental work done as enjoyable as it can be. They also play pretty good music, which helps take you mind off of the procedures.

This was my first visit. From the time I got there to when I left, I was treated great! I really liked the detail both the hygienist, Jessyca, and Dr. Forte went into answering my questions to improve my overall dental health. Kudos for a job done great! I will definitely be back.
