The office staff is terrible and will fall on their swords for each other and instead blame their patients.

I was “let go” from this office for having to cancel two appointments and then asking why I would have to pay $100 to be seen. Both cancellations were out of my control, in hospital and had been in contact with someone with Covid and tested positive. I only took the Covid test as a precaution. They didn’t care. Said I would have to pay before being seen. No compassion, asked what I could have done differently, no regard or care to listen to reasoning. Terrible office. I offered doctors notes and reasoning for my sudden cancellation and they didn’t even listen. Terrible office. No care for others, only care about money. Front desk is rude when you ask clarifying questions. Don’t go here.

They have you pay up front, don't tell you it's an estimate, bill you YEARS later, and then summons you to court over what insurance won't pay. Her husband, an oral surgeon, does the same. They're rich. Terrible people, terrible practice.

Made recent appointment for an evaluation of a front bite adjustment with Dr VanHoose. She provided clear explanation and model depicting final results. Dr VanHoose and her staff did a meticulous job. Fantastic results. Very professional.

Julie is great. She did my veneers and I love them.
