I came to Farrey dentistry for some dental problems I was experiencing with a few teeth. After further review I was recommended to get fillings in 3 teeth on top, one directly on my front tooth.. 2 weeks after tge procedure 1 filling fell out, when I called the receptionist immediately told me i owed $35 for a appointment I 'missed' the only appointment I ever had was the one i received the fillings. When I made that clear to the receptionist she immediately became defensive and rude. I scheduled a appointment at a different dentist two weeks out before I could make it another filling fell out on my very front tooth leaving a embarrassing hole. When I called to let Farrey know I was ridiculed for my dental X-rays and told 'maybe if I took better care of my oral hygiene' .... I was in a Domestic violence relationship and suffered chipped teeth as a result. The total lack of compassion.

I can't speak on the dentist as I didn't see them or talk to them.I can speak on the front office staff and office manager. I wouldn't recommend using them as they were very dismissive and uncaring. After taking my kid out of school and driving to Moultrie they didn't even see us. If you want to use this place prepare yourself to not be able to go back with you kid if they are over the age of 4, even if they have ADHD.I wish I would have read reviews on different websites before giving this place a try. I noticed a lot unprofessional responses to negative reviews which would have differently kept me from what I experienced there.

Unprofessional in every sense of the word. Substandard service and very dishonest. Stay away, stay away, stay away!

Dr Farrey is great caring and compassionate!
