Dr Arnold had been highly unprofessional and has caused massive issues with my family’s dental health. My wife had needed 3 crowns, Dr Arnold did a terrible job and they have all fallen off. She won’t respond to any attempts to fix this issue. My wife had to get 2 root canals due to the poor workmanship of these crown. I would go elsewhere if you need quality dental work

Not 5280 Top Dentist any longer. I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for quite some time, over five years, and initially, we loved her but sadly it is all about the bottom line and how many patients she can see and how much money she can make. Having an exam is now like you are being moved through like cattle and any contact with the provider is few and far between. This was escalating pre-covid but it is moreso now. Do your research and find another provider. Dr. Arnold is not a great provider and sadly her care seems to be declining. Look at other reviews and the trend is the same.

Dr. Arnold was is very unprofessional. She made a mistake and instead of making it right, she hid behind her staff and refused to even look at my problem. They also have refused to give me my medical records. The staff is very rude and does not listen to your concerns. They don’t even greet you when you walk in. I wish I had never set foot in that office as the problems I have had have lasted over 3 years and continue due to the horrible work performed by Dr. Arnold.

I've had good experiences with Dr. A's partner & hygienists, my 2 crowns were very rushed. I found Dr. A to be lacking any bedside manner. No expectations were set, no follow up explained. After expressing concern regarding a root canal, the asst. said"if this turns into a root canal, we really f*cked up" - super unprofessional and not realistic. While finishing, she was shouting instructions to the asst. as she walked away. 2 mos. later -I've had two root canals b/c she left a chunk of cement.

Kara does awesome work and has a great team. They are always on time (if not early) and everyone is friendly. She is in thorough in her work and makes the experience a good one. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment
