Dr. Karen Cooper, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper since the early 80’s. Dr. Cooper has always been gentle while cleaning or extracting a tooth! Her staff are pleasant and courteous! A friend was visiting me from NY and she began having an issue with her bridge. I called Dr. Cooper and explained that my friend needed to see a dentist immediately! Dr. Cooper corrected my friend’s problem the same day!When my friend returned to NY, she sent flowers to Dr. Cooper and her staff! Do I need to say more! I also enjoy the music playing at the office!

Called office, was told someone would call me back. No one did, I drove to the office and was placed on schedule (worst pain ever)!!! Tooth under my bridge was broken and abscessed, logical solution= place me on antibiotics and return when infection clears for treatment. Almost 5 hours later, even worse pain(needles galore), bridge off(top front teeth), temporary bridge work looks as if my 4yr old grand made it, out of pocket $1200 ...LEFT OFC. AT 1840 hrs and NO ANTIBIOTIC EVER CALLED IN?!
