Treats her staff poorly
I have no complaints about the dental services I have received from Dr. Walters. She is courteous to me and I never have to wait long at the office. All of the staff, from the front desk to the hygienists and assistants are excellent. However, on more than one occasion she has been very rude to her staff while treating me, speaking snidely, acting overly exasperated, and yanking tools out of their hands. It is very uncomfortable for this to occur while your mouth is being worked on. A family member has told me the same thing happened during their appointments.
