Dr. Karen Yee, DDS

We had a horrible experience with Dr. Yee She was reffered by our family dentist . A day before I got a call from Dr. Yee ‘s office to confirm my daughter’s appointment and I did confirm and ask for the directions to the office , the person I spoke with was very sweet and gave the directions how to get there . On the day of the appointment my husband took my daughter for the appointment and the front desk person said we don’t have an appointment and I cancelled the day before . My husband said we didn’t and my daughter came all the way from college from a different state so this appointment is very important . Dr.Yee came out and was very rude telling we don’t have an appointment and no way we can take my daughter in . My husband then called me to inform our appointment got cancelled and she can’t be seen today . I then drove to the office because I had the phone confirmation with the person the day before . My husband looks like he asked her to at least take a look , and out of will she did take a look and very rudely she said it’s impossible to fix . After a week later she sent us a big bill with no explanation what those charges are . Totally she was unprofessional and we didn’t have a good experience .Would not recommend her . The next day we took her to different doctor and he fixed it with laser in 10 mins .
