Dr. Kastriot Kaci, DDS

I have had very bad experiences from the past with other dentists . So for 3 years now I see Dr .Kaci and he is the best ,very knowledgeable,highly experienced on his field and I am very lucky he fixed my teeth . I highly recommend him as dentist to anyone . You won’t regret for visiting Dr Kaci .

Everyone does their job well & are always pleasurable and happy too help. Appointments are on time and sometimes even earlier. Never had to sit around and wait. Service performance is quite good.

The hygienist doesn’t really give you a choice. I need another cleaning that is t covered. I ask to reschedule because I didn’t have the money and she said I can’t put it off. She did the cleaning and I had to find money I didn’t have to pay at the front

Dr. Kaci is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s professional, good at what he does, and cares about his work. I’ve never left the office unhappy. He always makes sure I’m okay and any time I have a concern with my teeth he addresses it immediately. I never want another dentist.

My visit was good. Mostly everyone was friendly and polite. The dental assistant who took my xrays was gentle, quick, and she did a good job. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was really good also. She was gentle and she took her time. The receptionist was polite as well. However, the dentist was rough and really quick as though he had somewhere to go, and he did not speak to the employees nicely. This was my first time at this dental office. I would like to request a different dentist the next time I visit.

My visit is always pleasant. Doctor Kaci is always informative in answering any concerns I may have.

Dr Kaci, the dental hygenist and staff were all very friendly and informative. As this is the initial visit I can not fully review this provider. We were seen quickly, all safety measures were taken and the procedures thorough. We were happy with the service and care provided at this point.
