Dr. Kathleen Eisin, DDS

Dr.Eisin is an incredible dental professional. I have never been so impressed with a dental professional.She is a very knowledgeable and very caring person who puts your teeth needs first and foremost. I am very impressed by her dedication and commitment towards her patients. I had seen another dental professional for quite some time and I had a very serious issue with my teeth and he kept stringing me along to make money and he didn’t care about addressing my pain and problem. I went to see her and she addressed my concerns and issues immediately!! I can not give Dr. Eisin enough praise. She’s been very helpful in helping with my anxiety and pain issues with my teeth. Her staff treats you like you are family. I highly recommend you contact them for any of your dental concerns and issues.

If I could give this doctors place 0 stars I would. I would never recommend this place EVER. I was referred to Dr. Eisen by my regular dentist and I wish I could get the three years back since. There are so many other places in Grand Rapids that are WAY better. Trust me, I have gotten three consultantions since leaving. If you want horrible communication and never knowing what is actually going on then I would recommend this place. I had a gum graft done a month ago and never once saw Dr. Eisen. They told me it was healing fine. I just got a CONSULTATION and they are sending me to see a specialist because they are concerned with how it looks. THEY LITERALLY SAID IT WAS HEALING FINE. I promise you will go in leave in worse shape than you did walking in. I came to her for an implant and 3 years later I still don’t have one. But I did end up with a receding gums on the area she worked and emotional trauma. Please save yourself and your money.

We had initiated implant care with another provider’s office but elected to change provider office mid-stream for two primary reasons: 1. Distance from home 2. Environment of care As a retired 40 year healthcare employee (clinical-administrative-consulting) the environment of care is critical to patient care and health outcomes. Living and executing on organizational values is an imperative. Practices and processes which place the patient at the center and focus on teamwork and accountability are paramount. What Dr. Eisin’s office does best—is place the patient at the center of care, includes the patient and family in care planning and practices the values of a highly functioning team. Dr. Eisin and staff are an accountable health care team which engenders accountability in their patients and family. They embody the very best and most critical components of a “well oiled”, sophisticated healthcare team. This is what excellence in healthcare should look like and feel like

Very caring and knowledgeable with a great degree of skill level with emphasis on perfection and quality of care. She is very gentle and caring. You leave her office very well informed and feel like you are receiving top quality care. The office and staff are very friendly and accommodating meeting your every need before and during treatment. Dr. Eisin removed two of my cracked teeth and replaced them with implants with excellent results and no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Eisin.
